How much time does it take to use somnio?

For sleep training, the journal entries are essential. These take about 5 to 15 minutes per day.
In addition, there are 13 training modules of 5 to 30 minutes each, which are completed one after the other.

You determine the frequency and speed with which you complete the modules. Please note, however, that new modules can only be started after three days or three new journal entries.

On average, the modules are completed after 6 to 8 weeks. The sleep journal should be continued beyond this and the sleep window should continue to be observed or adjusted. You can repeat the "Follow-up" module weekly for further support.
