Why all training modules can not be unlocked at once.

The consecutive progress of the training modules is based on the methods cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. According to our experience, the three day break between the individual modules is beneficial for our users so they can can let the newly acquired knowledge sink in and be implemented into their daily routine. 

Of course your sleep pattern might also change spontaneously. According to our experience, long term success and sleep patttern modifications can only be achieved through persistent training effort. We kindly ask you to be patient when completing our sleep training.
