You may consider writing down sleep times while you are away and adding them to your
sleep journal later. You can alternatively restart adding entries to your sleep journal as soon
as you resume your training.
Missing sleep data won't have a negative effet on your sleep data analysis.
Please be aware that our program will reach out to automatically if you haven't added any
new journal entries for a couple of days. If you want, you cant turn off this reminder in your
profile setting.
