Restart. Restart the app or the browser.
If there are any problems playing a certain module, restart the module.
Reinstallation. Uninstall the app first, and then download it again from the App Store/Play Store. Your previous progress will not be lost.
Further. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the operating system and the app/your browser.
Check that your internet connection is stable. If necessary, test this with a different network, e.g. mobile data volume.
Using somnio in the browser. Make sure you are using Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge as your browser.
Using somnio on a mobile device. Check that your device has enough free memory - at least 500MB, but preferably 1GB.
Using somnio an a differnet device. If these steps do not make a difference: Please try to start the app or module where the error occurs with another device (e.g. with the laptop instead of the cell phone or vice versa).
