somnio is a digital health app that you may access via a doctor's prescription. The costs are covered by all statutory and many private health insurance companies.
Contact your doctor or psychotherapist and ask them about somnio.
Then submit the prescription to your health insurance company. Usually you will receive a 16-digit prescription code from your health insurance company within a few days. With this prescription code, you can then activate your license and use somnio for 90 days.
Beforehand, however, your healthcare professional would need to prescribe somnio for you. Alternatively, you can obtain a prescription through telemedicine providers, such as Teleclinic or Avimedical.
Once you have received the 16-digit prescription code from your health insurance provider, you can register and start the training at https://app.somn.io/session/registration or in the mobile app. (Also check the article How can I register for somnio?).
If you have private insurance:
First ask if your private health insurance would cover the costs. If you have a doctor's prescription for somnio and/or diagnosis proof of 'insomnia', submit these as well.

Please purchase a license for somnio through the link below. The license is valid for 90 days and costs 464 Euro. Once you have received the 16-digit prescription code from us by email, you can register at https://app.somn.io/session/registration or in the mobile app and start the training. You will also receive a purchase confirmation from us directly after payment, which you can submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement if necessary.
