My licence code isn't being accepted / I'm receiving an error message

Check again in the letter / e-mail from the health insurance company whether you have entered the 16-digit code correctly and, for example, have not confused "O" and "0".
Also check if you have already received the activation email from us in your email inbox. Also check your spam folder.
